Your role as a candidate for this position involves leveraging your 5-8 years of experience to quickly grasp the domain and distill a vast amount of information into relevant knowledge. You will be required to possess an understanding of requirement frameworks and conduct client interviews and workshops to gain a deeper insight into their needs, challenges, and opportunities. Your responsibilities will include creating solutions that not only meet customer needs but also facilitate the delivery of impactful insights. Moreover, you should be able to guide clients and recommend suitable solutions by evaluating alternative options and industry best practices. Additionally, you may need to educate clients on possible alternatives in analytical techniques, usability, and design. Your role will also include supporting business development initiatives, playing an active part in developing strategic practice offerings, campaigns, and initiatives. Communication skills play a crucial role in this position, as you will be required to convey detailed information in a concise yet impactful manner. Building trust with clients and possessing well-rounded interpersonal skills are essential qualities for being a trusted advisor. Managing client relationships to ensure objectives are met and identifying new opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion will be necessary. In terms of technical skills, you should have an advanced understanding of tools like Excel or similar platforms for data exploration and insight generation. Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities will be key to informing decision-making processes.
