Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you'll be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to meet our clients' evolving needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT landscape and a proven ability to source for hard-to-fill roles. This position offers a great opportunity to demonstrate your recruiting prowess and transition into a full-time role with our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Candidate Generation:

    Proactively source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed), professional networks, and our internal database.
  • Talent Pipeline Management:

    Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical openings.
  • Recruitment Lifecycle Management:

    Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Client & Team Collaboration:

    Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements, team culture, and business needs.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technical skill demands to provide valuable market insights.
  • ATS Utilization:

    Effectively use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate activity and maintain accurate records.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:

    Proven experience (2+ years) as a Technical Recruiter, preferably within a staffing or IT services environment.
  • Technical Acumen:

    Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, including but not limited to:
    • Software Development:

      Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js).
    • Cloud & DevOps:

      AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes.
    • Data & Analytics:

      SQL, Big Data technologies, Data Science, AI/ML.
    • Quality Assurance:

      Manual and Automation Testing.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Proactive Mindset:

    Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Negotiation Skills:

    Experience in negotiating offers and closing candidates effectively.
