Responsibilities

• Sourcing and Screening:

  Actively source and screen potential candidates for various IT roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, etc.) using multiple channels, including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and professional networks.

• End-to-End Recruitment:

  Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements and writing compelling job descriptions to negotiating offers and facilitating the final onboarding process.

• C2H Expertise:

  Focus on C2H hiring, explaining the model to candidates and clients, and managing the process from the initial contract period to the potential conversion to a permanent role.

• Candidate Management:

  Conduct initial interviews, assess candidates' technical and behavioral fit, and maintain strong relationships throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Client Communication:

  Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and present a curated shortlist of qualified candidates.

• Database Management:

  Maintain and update the companys Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information and recruitment reports.
