Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for domestic contract positions
Source and screen candidates through job boards, internal databases, and social platforms
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
Negotiate compensation and contract terms with candidates
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records
Collaborate with account managers and HR teams to meet client needs

Qualifications:

Proven experience in domestic staffing or talent acquisition (3+ years preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
