Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced ‘Senior Technical Recruiter’ to join our in-house recruitment team. This is a core IC role where you will own and drive hiring for critical technology positions across Engineering, Delivery, and Product functions. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has previously worked in corporate or product-based companies, and has a relentless passion for closing key positions. You will also serve as a mentor and guiding force for junior recruitment team members.K

ey Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level technical roles like – Engineering Manager, CRM Manager, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Solution/Enterprise Architects, UI/Backend Developers
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and position requirements.
  • Build and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, and direct headhunting.
  • Conduct initial screenings, assess technical capabilities and cultural fit, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment funnel.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Maintain and update ATS and recruitment dashboards regularly.
  • Collaborate with the CTO, CEO, and Head of HR on recruitment planning and prioritization.
  • Guide and support other recruitment team members when needed.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment (preferably in product-based or corporate environments).
  • Proven success in independently closing mid to senior-level positions within tight timelines.
  • Strong understanding of various technology stacks – Java, SpringBoot, Angular, .Net, CRM, Cloud, Architecture, and Delivery roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, etc.)
  • Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and goal-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Exposure to working in a structured ATS environment.
