Role Description: IT Recruiter (2+ Years Experience)

full-time, on-site IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
for IT positions (contract and full-time)
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases
Conduct technical screenings and evaluate candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT talent
Collaborate with U.S.-based account managers and technical teams to ensure hiring goals are met

Qualifications

2+ years of IT recruiting experience
, preferably in a staffing or consulting environment
Strong understanding of
IT roles, skills, and technologies
Hands-on experience with
full-cycle recruitment
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver quality results under pressure
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
