What Youll Do:

• Manage end-to-end technical recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networking channels to find top-tier tech talent.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate skills, fit, and interest.
• Maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
• Strong knowledge of tech roles, stacks, and terminology (Java, Python, DevOps, Cloud, etc.).
• Proficiency in using ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

Bonus Points:

• Experience hiring for startups or product-based companies.
• Exposure to global hiring practices (especially US/EU markets).
