We’re Hiring: Technical Recruiter (Remote)

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us grow our team with some of the best IT professionals out there. If you have 4+ years of experience in technical hiring and genuinely enjoy building real connections with people, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with hiring managers to go beyond job descriptions and truly understand their needs.

• Sourcing and engaging developers, engineers, and other IT experts through creative strategies.

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process while keeping the candidate experience at the heart of it.

• Helping shape and refine our hiring strategy as we continue to grow.

What we’re hoping you bring:

• 4+ years of IT/technical recruitment experience.

• A knack for finding niche talent and closing senior-level roles.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Comfort working independently in a remote setup.

• A genuine passion for people and connections.
