Note - We are looking somone who have done atleast 2 years C2H hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (Contract to hire) from requirement gathering to offer closure.
• Source and screen candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, portals, references, social media, etc.).
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand business needs and define role requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a high-quality talent experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide timely reports.
• Manage contract hiring (C2H) and vendor coordination when needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT )
• Strong exposure to

  contract / C2H hiring

  and

  vendor management

  .
• Proven ability to work with tight deadlines and multiple open roles.
• Hands-on experience with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Background:

• Experience recruiting in

  BFSI, IT, Engineering, or Consulting

  sectors.
• Prior work in

  staff augmentation or project-based hiring
