In this role, you'll play a key part in scaling elite product and engineering teams by identifying and hiring world-class developers and data engineers — all from the comfort of your home.
✅ Own end-to-end recruiting for SDE 1, SDE 2, and BIE roles
✅ Build strong pipelines through creative sourcing strategies
✅ Conduct technical screens and behavioral interviews
✅ Partner with hiring managers to raise the hiring bar
✅ Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish
🔹 3–8 years of IT/technical recruiting experience
🔹 Strong conceptual knowledge of DSA, Java, SQL, and modern tech stacks
🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Ability to manage multiple technical requisitions efficiently
