Role Overview: As a Technical Recruiter at our company, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent for various technical roles. Your strong background in technical recruiting and talent acquisition will be essential in collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies. Your excellent communication skills and deep understanding of the technical landscape will be key in conducting thorough interviews and managing the entire recruitment process. Your passion for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers will contribute to the success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies - Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and campus recruitment - Conduct thorough interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit - Manage recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding - Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records - Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through effective communication - Stay updated on industry trends and employment laws for compliance - Participate in training initiatives to enhance recruiting strategies - Conduct research to identify new sourcing strategies and improve talent management practices Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in technical recruiting with HR sourcing techniques - Excellent negotiation skills for effective candidate closure - Strong interviewing capabilities to evaluate technical skills accurately - Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, Workday, Taleo, or iCIMS - Knowledge of employment & labor law related to recruitment practices - Proficiency in social media management for candidate engagement - Experience in executive recruiting and internal recruiting processes is a plus - Strong relationship management skills with emphasis on employee relations - Ability to conduct employee evaluations and facilitate orientation programs - Knowledge of tools like Salesforce or Kronos can enhance operational efficiency Join us in shaping the future of our organization by attracting exceptional talent that drives our success.
