Technical Recruiter

Role Overview: As a Technical Recruiter at our company, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent for various technical roles. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies - Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and campus recruitment - Conduct thorough interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit - Manage recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding - Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records - Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through effective communication - Stay updated on industry trends and employment laws for compliance - Participate in training initiatives to enhance recruiting strategies - Conduct research to identify new sourcing strategies and improve talent management practices Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in technical recruiting with HR sourcing techniques - Excellent negotiation skills for effective candidate closure - Strong interviewing capabilities to evaluate technical skills accurately - Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, Workday, Taleo, or iCIMS - Knowledge of employment & labor law related to recruitment practices - Proficiency in social media management for candidate engagement - Experience in executive recruiting and internal recruiting processes is a plus - Strong relationship management skills with emphasis on employee relations - Ability to conduct employee evaluations and facilitate orientation programs - Knowledge of tools like Salesforce or Kronos can enhance operational efficiency Join us in shaping the future of our organization by attracting exceptional talent that drives our success.
