Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Recruiter based in Chennai. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle recruitment process, sourcing and hiring top technical talent, collaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The role involves maintaining effective communication with candidates and stakeholders while leveraging innovative recruitment strategies to attract the right talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring
• Proficiency in Technical Recruiting, with the ability to identify, screen, and hire technical talent
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and maintain a high level of professionalism
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, along with familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in IT or technology-based recruitment is an advantage
