Role Overview and Responsibilities

Dhruva Space is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our People team. In this role, you will support recruitment activities across technical and engineering functions, helping identify, attract, and engage top talent. You will assist in managing the end-to-end hiring process while gaining hands-on experience in sourcing, coordination, and data management. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in talent acquisition within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:

  • Assist in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Support the full recruitment cycle, including screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate data accurately within the ATS (preferably Zoho Recruit or similar systems).
  • Track and analyze recruitment data using Excel or related tools to support reports and hiring metrics.
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines for ongoing and future technical hiring needs.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience through clear and timely communication.
  • Collaborate with the People team and hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • Contribute to process improvements and employer branding initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in Recruitment, preferably within technical or engineering domains.
  • Educational Qualification: Engineering background with an MBA, or MBA in HR.
  • Strong English communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage candidates professionally.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience using ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit or similar).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders professionally.
