Technical Recruiter

Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements for technical and non-technical roles.  Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, campus drives, etc.).  Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and on-boarding new hires.  Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements (pilots, engineers, technicians, trainers, and operations staff).  Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in UAV, Agri Tech, and technology sectors.  Coordinate with training teams to on-board interns and campus recruits into AeroMinds training and certification programs.  Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and reports for management review.
