Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements for technical and non-technical roles. Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, campus drives, etc.). Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and on-boarding new hires. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements (pilots, engineers, technicians, trainers, and operations staff). Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in UAV, Agri Tech, and technology sectors. Coordinate with training teams to on-board interns and campus recruits into AeroMinds training and certification programs. Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and reports for management review.
