About the Role

Technical Project Manager and Sales Lead


Key Responsibilities


1. Business Development & Sales (Government Sector)


  • Identify & Target Opportunities:

    Proactively pursue new business within government departments and PSUs in Uttar Pradesh.
  • Relationship Management:

    Build and nurture strong relationships with government officials, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
  • Lead Generation & Proposals:

    Research, track tenders (RFPs, RFQs), prepare compliant technical & commercial proposals, and present effectively.
  • Sales Strategy:

    Develop & implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Conduct market research to track competitors and trends.
  • Negotiation & Closure:

    Lead negotiations and close contracts with favorable terms.
2. Technical Project Management


  • End-to-End Leadership:

    Manage full project lifecycle – initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Scope & Resource Planning:

    Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Stakeholder Communication:

    Act as liaison between government clients and internal teams. Ensure regular updates.
  • Risk & Compliance:

    Identify risks, dependencies, and challenges. Implement mitigation plans while ensuring compliance with government standards.
  • Quality Assurance:

    Deliver projects that meet technical specifications and client expectations.
  • Team Coordination:

    Guide cross-functional teams and foster collaboration for successful execution.
Required Qualifications & Skills


  • Education:

    Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Experience:

    5+ years in technical project management & sales, with significant government client experience.
  • Domain Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of government procurement, tendering, and contracting.
  • Networking:

    Established government network in Lucknow/Uttar Pradesh.
  • Technical Acumen:

    Knowledge of SDLC, IT infrastructure, and technical concepts.
  • Methodologies:

    Familiarity with Agile, Scrum; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Communication:

    Strong verbal & written skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving:

    Excellent analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Leadership:

    Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
