Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Project Manager located in Kozhikode. The Technical Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and completion to ensure alignment with business goals. Day-to-day duties include managing technical teams, coordinating cross-functional workflows, defining project scopes, ensuring timelines are met, and maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders. The role also requires addressing risks, resolving challenges, and fostering collaboration to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management and Program Management with the ability to plan, organize, and execute technical projects effectively.
• Strong Analytical Skills to solve complex problems and make informed decisions based on data and insights.
• Excellent Communication skills to facilitate clear interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proven Team Leadership abilities to inspire, guide, and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Additional qualifications such as certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Experience in an IT or technology-focused environment is highly beneficial.
