Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Own end-to-end delivery for digital engineering projects (DevOps, Cloud, Automation, Full-Stack).
• Create detailed project plans, sprint schedules, WBS, and delivery milestones.
• Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.

1. Technical Ownership

• Understand architecture, design, APIs, DevOps pipelines, cloud components, automation frameworks, and microservices.
• Provide hands-on guidance in identifying risks, dependencies, and technical bottlenecks.
• Work closely with Tech Leads, Architects, and SMEs to ensure strong alignment across engineering tasks.
• Review technical deliverables, effort estimates, and solution approaches.

1. Client Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for client PMs, architects, and engineering leads.
• Conduct weekly status meetings, progress updates, and governance calls.
• Maintain clear communication on risks, issues, changes, and delivery timelines.
• Build strong trust and rapport with client engineering stakeholders.

1. Delivery Governance & Reporting

• Prepare sprint reports, dashboards, RAID logs, burndown charts, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Nuvento delivery frameworks and engineering standards.
• Conduct RCA for issues and ensure preventive and corrective actions.
• Manage change requests, effort revisions, and scope clarifications.

1. Team Management & Coordination

• Coordinate with developers, DevOps engineers, automation testers, and cloud specialists.
• Align with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Architecture, Security).
• Assist Delivery Head in resource allocation, planning, and utilization tracking.
• Ensure team morale, clarity of tasks, and accountability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 812 years of experience in IT, with at least 35 years as Technical Project Manager.
• Strong technical background in

  Azure Cloud, DevOps, Automation, or Full-Stack Development

  .
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, pipelines, cloud deployments, microservices, and test automation.
• Proven delivery experience with Agile, Scrum, and distributed engineering teams.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to interpret architectural diagrams, technical stories, and engineering tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-400) or equivalent cloud knowledge.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Terraform, and automation tools.
• PMP CSM SAFe certifications are a plus.
• Experience managing US or global enterprise customers.
