Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers across multiple projects.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Provide technical guidance and solution-oriented support to the team.
• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong skills in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, MySQL/MongoDB.
• Ensure scalable architecture and secure application development.
• Develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Integrate APIs, third-party services, and optimize app performance.
• Troubleshoot mobile-specific issues and ensure smooth deployment.
• Build robust backend systems using PHP & Laravel framework.
• Work on REST APIs, authentication, database design, and server-side logic.
• Handle client meetings, requirement gathering, and product discussions.
• Share project updates, timelines, and handle feedback professionally.
• Break down project requirements into tasks and allocate responsibilities.
• Track project progress using project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, QA testers, and management.

Required Skills :

• Strong expertise in Full Stack Development (Frontend & Backend).
• Hands-on experience with React Native for mobile app development.
• Strong backend capabilities in PHP & Laravel.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Azure) is an advantage.
• Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Must have 05 to 10 years of experience as an tech lead.
• Proven experience in leading development teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage client expectations and handle technical discussions confidently.
