Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Delivery

  Lead technical projects from design to deployment, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope, time, and budget.

• Program & Global Rollouts

  Manage large-scale programs and cross-market rollouts with diverse stakeholders.

• Technical Architecture Creation

  Define, design, and validate

  enterprise-grade technical architectures

  that align with business goals, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across cloud, data, AI, and application landscapes. Must have very strong understanding and experience in API integrations with multiple systems.

• AI Integrations

  Lead the

  design and implementation of AI-driven solutions

  , integrating

  OpenAI, Gemini, and other advanced AI/ML platforms

  into enterprise applications, data workflows, and digital products.

• Cloud Solution Leadership

  Guide teams in designing and implementing scalable solutions on

  Azure, AWS, or GCP

  , leveraging best-in-class services, tools, and methodologies.

• Technology Translation

  Convert business requirements into technical specifications, architecture design, data models, and execution plans covering build, release, and DevOps.

• Hands-on Project Execution

  Experience in

  one or more

  of the following areas:
• Full-stack application development (

  .NET, Python, JavaScript, Node.js, React

  )
• Data engineering (

  Python, ETL, DWH, data pipelines

  )

• Web apps, system integrations, and enterprise application builds and API integrations

• Knowledge Building & Mentorship

  Continuously develop technical knowledge and mentor teams to deliver increasingly complex projects.

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  Partner with business, IT, and global consulting teams to ensure smooth delivery and adoption.

Success Profile

• Education & Experience

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or related field
  

• 8–14 years

  of progressive technology and project management experience in

  IT Services only

• Technical Expertise

• Strong background in

  technical architecture creation

  ,

  cloud foundations (Azure/AWS/GCP)

  , and

  data engineering

• Proven experience in

  AI/ML integrations (OpenAI, Gemini, other LLMs)

  for enterprise use cases
• Hands-on experience with

  full-stack technologies, app development, and system integration

• Expertise in

  Python, Spark, Hadoop (Hive, HBase, HDFS, MapReduce), cloud-native architectures

• Expertise in

  API creation and system integrations.
