Required Skills: • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project). • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams. • High adaptability with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Needs to be tech savvy and quick on the feet’ to understand client need and work with the technical team. • Proficient in Microsoft Office along with Hands on experience in Salesforce or ServiceNow • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial. • Ability to manage project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently. • Must be able to adapt new technologies. • Strong Interpersonal Skills with an ability to communicate technical ideas to both business users and other teams (Design, QA etc.) • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide range of stakeholders (Functional Groups,Management, Client etc.)
