As a Technical Project Manager, you will collaborate with key project stakeholders to define and communicate the business vision, outline initial requirements, and establish project scope. Your responsibilities will include understanding project scope and requirements in terms of features and capabilities, tracking deliverables, documenting project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, and conducting Business Analysis to ensure end-to-end delivery of project results. You will practice methodologies like scrum/agile, prioritize and update task schedules, identify and resolve issues, and maintain project documentation and plans. Regular tracking and reporting of project progress to stakeholders is essential, demonstrating a solid understanding of project management methodology and quality metrics. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and organizational skills, effective communication, time management, project planning, people and team building skills. Prior experience in managing .NET with SQL projects is a requirement, along with conflict resolution skills, clear understanding of Project Management KPIs, and key knowledge areas. A minimum of 10+ years of career experience, with at least 5 years as a developer and 5 years in managing or performing IT development projects is necessary. Knowledge of .NET, SQL, Git source code management, code review process, and implementing technical guidelines is advantageous. A growth mindset, collaboration, ability to engage with high-level stakeholders, experience with JIRA and MS Project, working with distributed teams across different locations and time zones, and managing service & digital engineering projects are also expected. The successful candidate should hold an Engineering Degree in Computer Science and have managed traditional and agile teams.
