Technical Project Manager

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution Delivery:

  Drive end-to-end project management, ensuring weekly product releases meet quality, timeline, and scope expectations.

• Agile Process Management:

  Implement and optimize Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for efficient development cycles.

• Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and QA to translate ideas into deliverables.

• Technical Coordination:

  Identify technical dependencies, risks, and constraints while optimizing resource allocation.

• Communication Transparency:

  Provide clear updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines.

• Issue Resolution:

  Proactively identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and find innovative solutions.

• Quality Assurance:

  Maintain a high standard of execution by overseeing testing, deployment, and post-release feedback loops.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience as a

  Technical Project Manager, Product Owner

  in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of

  Agile frameworks

  (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams, aligning business goals with engineering efforts.
• Experience in

  gaming, entertainment, or reward-based platforms

  is a huge plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (

  JIRA

  , Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of

  JIRA

  for backlog management, sprint planning, and workflow automation.
