Minimum qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an MBA graduate program or integrated program.
- 1 year of program management experience, with experience in Tech.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of defining and driving measurements of data quality metrics, with analytical expertise and comfort working with large datasets.
- Ability to understand and assess engineering problems, apply an understanding of program and technical issues, and contribute to shaping technical direction.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, along with an understanding of Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, and Project Execution techniques, with an ability for managing large, challenging business problems.
- Technical skills, gained through work experience, education, or academic projects (coding is not required).
- Awareness of and interest in technologies like PL/SQL, Python, AI/ML, and Generative AI.

Responsibilities
- Support delivery and communications on critical programs with guidance and in close collaboration with program stakeholders.
- Collect data relating to program progress, maintain trackers and status reports with key metrics, and support communications plans with close guidance from and collaboration with program stakeholders.
- Contribute to building, organizing and sharing informational resources such as technical roadmaps, project retrospectives, and stakeholder maps.
- Work alongside engineering teams and stakeholders to triage technical issues.
