Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Program Manager with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, project management tools, and data management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage technical programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer expectations.
Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and Smartsheet.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop solutions, and implement changes.
Analyze project performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of program management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Experience with data management and storage systems such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Teradata.
Proficiency in test API endpoints and building dashboards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA.
Notice Period: 0-30 days.
