Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Program Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java/Rest API and troubleshooting API integration issues, as well as project management skills.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and drive a team of over 20 engineers to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement effective workflow management tools using ITIL framework.
  • Troubleshoot API integration issues and provide technical support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Analyze project metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Job Requirements
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Experience in driving managed services programs involving L1/L2/L3 support with large ticket volumes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Full-time graduate degree.
  • Notice period: 0-15 days.
