Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Program Manager with 7 to 12 years of experience to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, data management, and project management tools.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage technical programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer expectations.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Analyze program performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with organizational processes, policies, and procedures.
Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks and issues impacting program success.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of program management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience with data management and storage technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Teradata.
Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, and Smartsheet.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
B.Tech or BCA/MCA equivalent education.
Notice period: 0-60 days.
