Job Description

As a Technical Program Manager, Communications at Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. (ACT), you will play a crucial role in guiding products from concept to launch by bridging the gap between technical and business aspects. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the configuration, administration, and maintenance of Adobe Campaign instances to ensure optimal performance and availability. - Collaborating with marketing teams to design, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, and push notifications. - Managing data integration processes to ensure accurate and timely data imports/exports and enhancing data quality and segmentation strategies. - Working with other teams to integrate Adobe Campaign with other platforms. - Identifying and resolving technical issues within Adobe Campaign, providing support for troubleshooting and user training. - Developing and maintaining reporting dashboards to track campaign performance, audience engagement, and system usage metrics. - Creating and maintaining documentation for processes, workflows, and best practices related to Adobe Campaign. - Partnering with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and IT, to align on objectives and improve campaign strategies. Additionally, you will be expected to: - Manage day-to-day operations of Adobe Campaign from a technical perspective, including resolving issues, updating certificates, and responding to support tickets. - Act as a liaison for all development teams and contracts to remove roadblocks and ensure program progress. - Work closely with the Director of Loyalty Technology, other Technical Program Managers, and Solution Architects to manage the software development lifecycle. - Collaborate with loyalty, personalization, and marketing stakeholders to write detailed feature requirements and prioritize incoming scope requests. - Lead SAFe agile ceremonies with a global team of in-house and vendor partners. - Ensure testing environments are ready and stable, provide technical input for go/no-go criteria, and manage production code releases. - Collaborate closely with the data & analytics teams to define, measure, and report on key performance indicators. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree (required) - Master's degree preferred (MBA/MS Computer Science/M.Tech Computer Science, etc.) - 8+ years of industry experience in program management - Minimum 2+ years in Adobe Campaign (preferred) - Relevant working experience in a communication platform or MarTech stack Your behavioral skills should encompass: - Delivery Excellence - Business Disposition - Social Intelligence - Innovation and Agility You are also expected to have knowledge in areas such as: - Adobe Campaign (technical, workflows, integrations, reporting, etc.) - Project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) - Marketing technology and digital marketing best practices - Data integration, SQL, and API handling - Communication and stakeholder management - Risk management and problem-solving - Leadership and cross-functional team management As a Technical Program Manager, Communications at Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc.
