Job Description

As a skilled Technical Product Owner at KANINI, you will play a crucial role in guiding the development of innovative products and solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between business needs and technical requirements by closely collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders. By ensuring effective communication and alignment with business strategies and customer needs, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality products. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision and roadmap. You will be in charge of creating, maintaining, and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring clarity in user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements. Working closely with Scrum Masters, you will be involved in scheduling and driving Sprint Planning, Grooming, and other related meetings. Additionally, you will work with the Business to scope out PI Planning objectives and take ownership of PI plan readout. Acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, you will gather feedback and ensure that stakeholder needs are met. Leveraging your technical knowledge, you will guide the development team to understand technical constraints, opportunities, and optimal solutions. You will participate in sprint planning meetings to ensure clarity on priorities, scope, and objectives for each iteration. Collaborating with QA teams, you will define acceptance criteria and validate that completed features align with business requirements and are defect-free. Facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) will be crucial to gather feedback from stakeholders and ensure product usability and functionality. As a proactive team member, you will actively seek opportunities for process improvements within the Agile framework and promote a culture of continuous delivery and innovation. By analyzing data and metrics, you will assess product performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions to enhance product offerings. Providing support and training to end-users and stakeholders on new features will be essential to drive successful product adoption. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within Agile development environments. A strong understanding of Agile methodologies, technical background, excellent communication skills, and healthcare experience are essential requirements. Additionally, familiarity with Agile tools, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will be beneficial. Preferred skills for this role include experience in UX/UI design, user research, familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, as well as knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
