Job Description

Technical Product Manager/Project Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full project lifecycle across planning, execution, and delivery for logistics and data platform initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical/development teams.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable functional/technical deliverables.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and integration with SAP ancillary systems.
  • Oversee cross-functional coordination between data warehousing and logistics process teams.
  • Monitor and manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee testing, cutover, and go-live activities as part of deployment phases.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum

    7 years

    of experience in IT project management or product management roles.
  • Strong domain knowledge of logistics and Data warehousing.
  • Good exposure to

    SAP domain

    .
  • Hands-on experience working with

    data warehouse projects

    – understanding of data pipelines, ETL tools, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to lead

    cross-functional and offshore teams

    .
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g.,

    JIRA, Confluence, MS Project

    ).
  • Comfortable working in

    both Agile and Waterfall

    methodologies.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
  • Familiarity with SAP modules like

    SD, WM, or HANA

    is a plus.
  • Experience in logistics-focused sectors such as

    manufacturing, retail, or distribution
