Technical Presales

You will be responsible for owning end-to-end technical and solutions sales in collaboration with the sales team. Your role will involve supporting the sales team by handling presales activities from sourcing to deal closure. This includes giving presentations to clients and analyzing their needs to suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements. You must have a deep knowledge of M365, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce ecosystem products. Your ability to understand customers" needs and provide timely solutions will be crucial for success in this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating product offering collaterals such as brochures, datasheets, concept videos, and client/investor materials. You will also be required to prepare approach notes, documents, concept notes, business requirement documents, technical and functional specifications, and proposals.
