Technical Presales Consultant

Role Overview: As a Technical Presales Consultant at i2k2 Networks, you will play a crucial role in proactively identifying and scoping technical solutions to meet customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include Solution Designing, Technical Documentation, Client Interaction, and responding to RFI, RFP, and RFQ. You will adopt a consultative sales approach to ensure client needs are well understood and met. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Solution Manager and Development team to align solutions with the proposed architecture and ensure pre-sales resources meet evolving sales team requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and scope technical solutions to address customer requirements, recommending optimal solutions aligned with the proposed architecture. - Engage in Solution Designing, Technical Documentation, Client Interaction, and responding to RFI, RFP, and RFQ. - Collaborate with the Solution Manager and Development team to gain insights into product direction and design, ensuring effective communication to the sales team. - Participate in scheduled client meetings, offering valuable insights and expertise. - Assume the role of Project Manager for each deal when necessary to ensure customer expectations are met. - Deliver clear, effective presentations on i2k2 products and services to clients. - Monitor market trends through client engagement and industry events, seminars, and meetings, providing feedback to the Sales Head. - Demonstrate expertise in Azure Presales/Solution Architecture, emphasizing solution design, technical documentation, and client interaction. Qualifications Required: - 1-5 years of experience in Technical Presales or a related role. - Hands-on experience in Solution Designing, Technical Documentation, Client Interaction, RFI, RFP, RFQ, and solution providing. - Strong background in Azure Presales/Solution Architecture. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving sales requirements. - Familiarity with legal, ethical, and policy standards in the industry.
