Technical Presales Consultant

As a Data Center / Azure / AWS Presales Consultant at i2k2, your role involves proactively identifying and scoping technical solutions to address customer requirements. You will thoroughly assess both met and unmet needs, recommending optimal solutions that align with the proposed architecture. Your responsibilities will include: - Hands-on experience in Solution Designing, Technical Documentation, Client Interaction, RFI, RFP, RFQ, and solution providing. - Adopting a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach to accurately understand and meet client needs. - Collaborating closely with the Solution Manager and Development team to gather insights into product direction and design. - Ensuring pre-sales resources are continuously aligned with the evolving needs of the sales team. - Participating actively in scheduled client meetings, offering valuable insights and expertise. - Assuming the role of Project Manager if necessary to ensure the final solution meets customer expectations and aligns with initial proposals. - Delivering clear, effective, and professional presentations on i2k2 products and services to clients. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate expertise in Azure Presales/Solution Architecture, with a strong background in solution design, technical documentation, and client interaction. It is essential to monitor market trends through client engagement and industry events, providing regular feedback to the Sales Head. All your activities should adhere to legal, ethical, and i2k2 policy standards.
