Technical Presales Consultant

As a Technical Presales Consultant at Darwinbox, your role involves understanding the customers" problem statements and advocating the functionality, architecture, and security of the product. You play a critical role in the success of every enterprise sales pursuit by leveraging deep IT systems expertise and comprehensive HCM product knowledge. Your responsibilities include: - Articulating the differentiated technology value proposition of Darwinbox to enterprise customers - Presenting and demonstrating Darwinbox's technology architecture, security, and DevOps capabilities - Building relationships with client IT stakeholders to ensure buy-in on technology aspects - Owning technical collaterals & RFP submission as part of the sales process - Understanding the existing IT landscape of clients and developing solutions as part of product workshops - Collaborating with Product and Infosec teams to create technical documentation and relevant handover documentation, such as technical design documents and network diagrams - Interfacing with the implementation team to articulate customers" requirements and ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Delivery - Liaising with integrations, DevOps, and product teams to ensure all references are up to date Qualifications required for this role: - 3+ years of value-based selling experience in an IT Systems Consulting environment - Experience in API integrations and working on Cloud solutions - Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives - Demonstrated ability to understand and demonstrate IT infrastructure & security of SaaS products - Excellent communication and documentation skills - MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree in IT Management is preferred About Darwinbox: Darwinbox is Asia's fastest-growing HR technology platform, dedicated to designing the future of work by building the world's best HR tech.
