Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Technical Pre-Sales Manager ! Focusing on providing tailored technical solutions to corporate and government clients. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to design and propose comprehensive ELV system solutions, ensuring seamless integration with client requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Communications Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, system design, or technical consulting in ELV systems. Strong understanding of ELV solutions, including CCTV, Networking, AI Video Analytics, and related technologies. Familiarity with government tender processes and corporate sales cycles. Proficient in preparing technical drawings, BOQs, and solution documentation. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Desired Attributes: Ability to adapt technical expertise to varied customer needs across government and corporate sectors. Self-motivated and organized with strong project management skills. Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients and conduct site visits. Strong technical acumen combined with a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to identify, engage, and qualify potential government and corporate clients. Understand customer pain points, goals, and technical requirements. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. 2. Solution Design & Consultation: Analyze client needs and design solutions for ELV systems, including: Networking, IP CCTV Surveillance, AI Video Analytics, Enterprise Wireless Networking, Structured Cabling, Public Announcement Systems, Unified Communication & Perimeter Security. Provide tailored demonstrations, technical presentations, and consultations. 3. Proposal Development: Prepare detailed technical proposals, system designs, and cost estimates. Assist in crafting responses to RFQs, RFPs, and tenders with accurate and compelling documentation. 4. Project Feasibility: Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to ensure solution compatibility. Coordinate with technical and engineering teams for solution validation and implementation planning. 5. Collaboration & Coordination: Work with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and company capabilities. o Provide insights to product development teams about market trends and client requirements. 6. Technical Support: Offer support during the proof-of-concept (POC) or pilot phase to ensure successful outcomes. Train the sales team on product technicalities to enhance client engagement. 7. Market Insights & Strategy: Stay updated on emerging trends in ELV technologies and market needs in government and corporate sectors. Identify competitive advantages to position IES solutions effectively.
