Technical PO

As a Technical Product Owner at GlobalLogic, you will play a crucial role in leading scrum teams and providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: - Taking the lead of scrum teams as the Technical Product Owner and ensuring the team always has an adequate amount of prepared tasks to work on. - Planning and prioritizing product feature backlog and development, defining product vision, road-map, and growth opportunities. - Assessing value, developing cases, and prioritizing stories, epics, and themes aligned with the product strategy. - Efficiently conducting agile ceremonies involving client stakeholders, providing backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories. - Working closely with Customer Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value. - Leading the planning of product release plans and setting expectations for the delivery of new functionalities. - Providing an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals. - Researching and analyzing the market, users, and the product roadmap, while keeping abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends. Qualifications required: - Minimum 8-9 years of experience in Product Manager/Owner roles for any domain/industry. - Engineering Graduate with prior Development/Automation QA experience. In addition to the above responsibilities, you should be good at working with Architects and Tech leads to define system requirements and technology solutions. You should have knowledge of Technology stack, Cloud solutions, DevOps Pipeline, Integrations, and Platform requirements. Other additional requirements include being highly quantitative, analytical, and business-minded, with exceptional organization skills and attention to detail. You must be self-directed, able to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment, with strong motivational and networking skills.
