9. Maintaining SLAs and TAT.
10. Coordinating with internal cross functional team in resolving the issues
11. Gathering Requirements from all the stake holders and frame it to Scope of Work (SOW)
12. Participate in Project Deployment including System Configuration and UAT
13. Services routine testing
14. Report analysis and resolving product related queries
15. Incident and Operations Management
1. Sound knowledge of Operating system Linux, Windows
2. Sound knowledge of Database MySQL
3. Understanding of Telecom/VAS/IVR platforms/Digital Platforms
4. Good Knowledge Of SIP/SS7/WAP/Networking/Database
5. Problem Solving and excellent communication skills
6. Collaborative Working & Change Agility
7. Ability to identify problems, mediate issues and develop solutions
