Job description: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern (2025 MBA pass-out) to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people practices, eager to learn, and capable of contributing to key HR functions including operations, employee engagement, and recruitment. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations Support in maintaining and updating employee records in HRMS Assist in generating reports, letters, and documentation for HR processes Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, ID creation, and exit formalities Help in policy dissemination and employee communication Employee Engagement Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives Gather feedback and assist in curating monthly/quarterly engagement calendars Support internal communication drives and HR branding campaigns Help conduct surveys and pulse checks; analyze and share findings Recruitment Support Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms Coordinate interviews, schedule assessments, and communicate with candidates Support in maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases Help in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads Who You Are: MBA (HR) Final Year / 2025 pass-out Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources What Youll Gain: Hands-on exposure to real-time HR operations in a growing organization Opportunity to work across diverse HR functions Mentorship from experienced HR professionals Fast-paced, collaborative learning environment How to Apply: Send your resume with the subject line Application for HR Internship 2025 to anu.singh@blackngreen.com or Simply Hit the Apply button.
