Experience


Core Responsibilities

  • Outbound Demand Generation

    : Set up and manage basic DNS (SPF/DKIM), domain warm-up, and automation flows using tools like Instantly, Apollo, or Lemlist; handle simple reply routing and deliverability checks.

  • Paid Performance

    : Run and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn; configure pixels, GA4 events, and basic GTM setups; perform A/B testing and troubleshoot common tracking issues.

  • CRM & Automation

    : Build lead workflows (capture to SQL) with Zapier/Make integrations; manage basic API/webhook connections and data syncs.

  • GTM Support

    : Assist in ICP research, multi-channel execution (outbound + retargeting), and funnel diagnostics; collaborate on lead qualification.


Required Skills

  • Proficiency in outbound tools and paid ads platforms (Google/Meta/LinkedIn + GA4 basics).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM automations and simple integrations.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting (e.g., DNS propagation, pixel errors).
  • Strong data analysis for attribution and reporting; collaborative mindset for startup growth.


Preferred

  • Engineering/IT background or relevant certifications (Google Ads, GA4).
  • Familiarity with technical SEO or advanced GTM tools (willingness to expand).
