Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced International Project Coordinator to join our Exhibition Services team. This role, based in India, requires extensive experience in managing complex international exhibition projects, primarily across the UK, Europe, and the US. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in international project coordination and a strong supplier network, alongside a global mindset. Key Responsibilities: • Global Project Coordination : Lead exhibition projects from planning to execution, coordinating closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless, high-quality service. • Supplier Network Management : Leverage and expand relationships with an existing global network of high-quality suppliers, ensuring standards of quality and reliability. • Technical Consultation : Understand and interpret international exhibition booth/stand design and related technical drawings. Conduct technical discussions with global customers and suppliers to meet specifications and resolve issues. • Proposal Optimization & International Insights : Partner with the sales team to enhance proposal quality, offering insights into global logistics, design, and technical feasibility to strengthen project bids. • Customer-Centric Service : Display a “customer-first” attitude, meeting the needs of international clients with clear communication and cultural sensitivity. • Time Zone & Deadline Management : Coordinate effectively across multiple time zones, maintaining strict adherence to deadlines and quality standards under high-pressure conditions. • Global Site Support : Potential for travel to international project sites for on-site coordination and client interface. Qualifications: • Education : Bachelor’s degree in any field, with certifications in Event Management, Project Management, Procurement, or International Business. • Experience Requirements : Minimum of 5 years managing international exhibition services in the UK, Europe, and US markets, ideally from a remote position based in India. • Key Skills : ◦ Proficiency in interpreting booth/stand design and technical drawings. ◦ Proven experience managing international suppliers and logistics. ◦ Excellent organizational skills and a strong cultural understanding, with the ability to work across diverse time zones. ◦ Exceptional communication skills adaptable to global client needs. About the Role ULTRATEND is seeking a high-performing Ecommerce Services Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition for our ecommerce and digital marketing agency services . This role will focus on selling ecommerce technology solutions and services to brands and companies looking to sell online , working remotely from India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing ecommerce clients , strong negotiation skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth . The Ecommerce Services Sales Manager will work closely with the Ecommerce Business Manager and Ecommerce Program Manager , aligning with ULTRATEND’s growing ecommerce vertical. This role requires a deep understanding of the US ecommerce landscape , including how brands and companies sell online through third-party platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels . Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify, prospect, and acquire new ecommerce clients in the USA . Sell ecommerce development, digital marketing, and conversion optimization services . Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. Lead sales pitches, prepare proposals, and close deals with decision-makers. Client Relationship Management Understand client needs and offer tailored ecommerce solutions. Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution. Market Expansion & Growth Research and analyze trends in the USA ecommerce market , including sales on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and Shopify . Develop strategic partnerships and networks to expand the client base. Optimize pricing and service offerings based on market demand. Key Qualifications 5-6 years of experience in selling ecommerce services (development, marketing, optimization) . Proven success in acquiring and managing ecommerce clients in the USA remotely from India. Strong understanding of Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and other ecommerce platforms . Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to work independently and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.
