About the Role

Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and maintenance of
mobile applications (Android/iOS)
and
Java Spring Boot-based backend systems
.
Manage the
end-to-end technical delivery lifecycle
, ensuring high-quality code, timely releases, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with
CTO
to align engineering decisions with overall tech strategy.
Work with
Product Managers
to understand requirements, translate them into technical tasks, and set realistic delivery timelines.
Guide the team in
architecture, code reviews, and design discussions
.
Identify and resolve
technical bottlenecks
, performance issues, and scalability concerns.
Maintain high standards for
code quality, testing, and documentation
.
Foster a
culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning
within the engineering team.

Must-Have Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
Proven experience in
Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
, and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with
mobile app development lifecycle
(Android/iOS) and CI/CD processes.
Strong
leadership and team management
skills.
Solid understanding of
agile methodologies
and modern SDLC practices.
Excellent communication skills to interface with
cross-functional teams
and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to
cloud platforms
(AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Experience with
Docker, Kubernetes
, or container orchestration.
Familiarity with
DevOps practices
, monitoring, and observability tools.
Experience scaling teams and systems in
fast-paced startup or product environments
.
