1. The required qualification would be a degree or diploma in civil engineering/ architecture
2. The experience required would be a minimum of 4-6 years in technical appraisal of projects for pre-approval of projects to be considered for retail lending as well as case to case technical appraisal of Home loan/mortgage loan cases in the respective centres in housing/construction finance.
3. The candidate should have handled the checking of construction approvals, pricing and valuation of properties both complete and under construction.
4. The candidate should be familiar with the various micro-markets in their respective areas with prevailing pricing and be able to estimate the probable comparative values.
5. The candidate will be required to co-ordinate with external valuers for completing valuations assignments and vet the valuation reports
6. The candidate will be required to co-ordinate with credit team for necessary queries views of valuation/ assets.
7. The candidate will be required to conduct periodic property visits for existing cases (properties)
8. The candidate would be expected to possess required commercial acumen and interpersonal skills to interact with real estate agents and others to conduct market surveys so as to create a detailed database.
9. The candidate should be familiar with report writing and use of Word and Excel and be otherwise computer literate.
