Technical Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Manager to lead a team of engineers and technical professionals in delivering high-quality products and solutions. The Technical Manager will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring alignment between project goals and technology strategies. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong leadership, project management, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software developers, engineers, or IT specialists.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project scopes.
• Set goals and KPIs for team performance and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
• Evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and development processes.
• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a technical leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Should have experience in .NET and flutter
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD tools, and modern development frameworks is a plus.
• Ability to balance technical depth with strategic thinking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
