ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for dynamic Technical Manager to lead high-performing engineering teams to build, scale and maintain cutting edge fintech products. The role demands a blend of technical depth, product focus and people leadership

Strong proficiency in Java, Spring boot, Angular, Cloud, API, micro services, Postgre or Oracle DB
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in software development with 2+ years in a technical leadership or managerial role
Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, QA, and DevOps professionals
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and delivery timelines
Lead & influence outcomes on project execution with customers and internal stakeholders
Design scalable and maintainable system architectures and contribute to high-level software development decisions
Oversee day-to-day development activities and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and tools
Conduct regular code reviews, performance evaluations and 1:1 meeting with team members
Manage technical risks and ensure the timely resolution of issues and blockers
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential application in the company
Ensure technical documentation and operational support are in place
