Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Technical Manager

with strong hands-on expertise in

Java, Spring Boot, Python, and Azure Cloud

, along with a solid understanding of

data engineering

and

microservices architecture

. The ideal candidate should possess full-stack capabilities, with exposure to both

front-end and back-end technologies

, and be capable of managing cross-functional teams, including

QA

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable technical solutions.
Oversee both front-end and back-end development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Implement and maintain microservices-based architecture for efficient and scalable applications.
Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives using
Microsoft Azure
.
Manage and guide both QA and development teams to achieve project goals and maintain coding standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate data-driven solutions into business workflows.
Manage and mentor developers, QA engineers, and technical leads to ensure project success.
Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality processes.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical strategy planning.
Work closely with stakeholders to align technical goals with business objectives.

Technical Skills

Required Skills and Experience:

8+ years of experience in software development and architecture design.
Strong proficiency in
Java
,
Spring Boot
, and
Python
.
Experience with
Azure Cloud Services
(App Services, Functions, Data Factory, etc.).
Proven expertise in
microservices
and
API-driven development
.
Hands-on experience with
front-end technologies
(React, Angular, or similar).
Solid understanding of
database systems

data pipelines
, and
integration frameworks
.
Experience managing
QA processes
and automation frameworks.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
