Technical Manager

Domain: Pharma (International Client)
Location: Pune Kharadi

Work model- Work from office- reporting client office
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and production support.
Collaborate with international stakeholders and clients to understand requirements and provide solutions.
Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Ensure adherence to Scrum methodology and manage tasks through Jira.
Provide technical guidance on Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks (ADB), and PySpark.
Manage ETL processes and SQL-based data operations.
Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with ITIL best practices (good to have).
Support BI tool implementation and reporting (good to have).
Handle escalations and ensure SLA compliance in managed service projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Expertise:

Azure Cloud Technologies: ADF, ADB, PySpark
ETL processes
SQL
ITIL knowledge

Management & Delivery:

Team management and leadership experience
Project delivery experience in a global environment
Production support and incident management

Tools & Frameworks:

Scrum methodology
Jira knowledge

Additional Skills (Good to Have):

Experience with BI tools
Managed service project experience

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of experience in IT with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
