Technical Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Manager with strong expertise in Robotic Process Automation, coding, and system integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and delivering automation solutions end-to-end, managing teams, and collaborating with business stakeholders to create impactful automation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end automation solutions using RPA tools.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers and technical leads, providing technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
• Work on system integrations, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) to enhance automation capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to security standards, compliance requirements, and best practices in automation delivery.
• Manage and oversee automation projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, driving problem-solving and decision-making.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business leaders to ensure seamless communication.

Required Skills and Experience

• 7 9 years of experience in IT with strong expertise in Automation Testing.
• Solid programming knowledge in Java, Selenium.
• Hands-on experience with databases, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing automation projects.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
