Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Technical Manager. The Technical Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the technical team, overseeing the development and implementation of software solutions, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Technical Manager will also be involved in troubleshooting, providing technical guidance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Strong hands-on experience in technologies ( .NET, Angular)
• Proven experience in

  project management, agile methodologies,

  and

  software architecture.

• Experience working in

  B2B SaaS environments

  is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exposure to

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD pipelines

  , microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience integrating third-party APIs or enterprise-level solutions
• Preferred: immediate joiners
