IT Operations & Asset Management: Module Configuration & Development: Customize ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM modules for organizational needs
CMDB Migration: Plan & execute CMDB migrations as required
Business Flow Development: Create and streamline ITSM and related module workflows
Integration with Monitoring Tools: Connect ITSM with monitoring tools for timely incident response
Metric Definition: Implement metrics for performance measurement
Auto Ticketing & Event Correlation: Automate incident reporting & problem resolution
Anomaly Detection: Develop mechanisms to identify security threats
Service Management & Catalog: Service Definition: Document IT services comprehensively
Categorization: Organize services into logical groups
Service Descriptions: Create clear service descriptions
Self Service Portal: Develop a user friendly portal for service requests
Workflow Automation: Implement automated approval processes
Request Fulfillment: Set up processes for service fulfillment
Integration: Integrate with other ITSM tools for seamless service delivery
