Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Leader to join our team at SLK Digital Private Limited, responsible for driving the development of intelligent infrastructure services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, with expertise in leading technical teams and designing innovative solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development of intelligent infrastructure services, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure architectures.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve service offerings.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Technical Leader or similar role in IT Services & Consulting.
Strong understanding of intelligent infrastructure services, including design, implementation, and management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure, is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
