Job Title: Tech Lead / Lead Developer

Location: New Town, Kolkata (Work From Office)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire software development lifecycle — from planning to deployment.
• Manage and mentor a team of frontend, backend, and app developers.
• Define technical architecture, project milestones, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with management to align technical goals with business objectives.
• Review code quality and ensure best development practices.
• Manage task allocation and monitor team productivity.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on support when needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of all projects within defined scope and quality standards.

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience in React.js / Next.js (Frontend)
• Proficient in Node.js, Express.js (Backend)
• Good knowledge of MongoDB / MySQL databases
• Experience in React Native or Flutter (App Development)
• Familiar with API integrations, WhatsApp API, Chatbot & CRM systems
• Hands-on with Git/GitHub for version control
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / DigitalOcean / Firebase) preferred
• Experience in using project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of full-stack development experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
